Welcome to Helen’s Holistic Therapies’ Website.

Are you feeling stressed? Do you feel lethargic? Do you have trouble sleeping? Then read on…

My name is Helen Taylor  I specialise in Reiki, Sound Healing and Reflexology and I run Helen’s Holistic Therapies. I’m a Reiki Master and Teacher, Sound Healer Reflexologist, Vision Board Facilitator and Meditation Teacher. My Holistic Therapy Business is based in a cosy room in Stapleford Nottingham. . I offer one to one Reiki Sound Healing and Reflexology treatments as well as Distance Healing Reiki sessions. I also teach Reiki Meditation and Vision Board  Courses to small groups of people and can organise group taster sessions on request.

Reiki has all sorts of benefits, from increasing energy levels creating better sleep calming the mind and helping release stress. Reflexology can help balance the body’s systems, create a sense of well- being,  and make you feel more relaxed. Its’ been scientifically proven that having a regular meditation practice can help to boost the immune system, lower blood pressure. It can also relieve depression, increase productivity, and promote creative thinking.  I offer a holistic approach which treats the whole person, addressing the body mind and spirit.

Please have a browse to find out more about having a Reiki  Crystal Healing or Reflexology session with me and the Vision Board Workshop, Reiki and Meditation Courses that I teach.  You can also gain an insight into what happens during these sessions by reading my clients’ testimonials. On the last page there are contact details so you can book an appointment or a place on one of my courses.
